Steps away from our beautiful penthouse you will find yourself on Nutibara, a street filled with some of the best restaurants and lounges in all of Medellin.

Located just a few minutes cab ride or 15 minute walk from the Penthouse, you will transport yourself into a sportsman’s paradise. Estadio boasts more pools than any other one location. You can go jogging around the stadium on a professional track, play baseball on a professional field, or maybe you want to indulge in some beach volleyball on the court with sand. In addition, there are small shops that line this beautiful place selling low priced beers, fruit juices and snacks.

Parque Lleras

The central location for parties in Medellin is only a 10-15 minute cab drive during normal conditions. It is packed with restaurants, bars, nightclubs galore. You are close enough to the action to enjoy while still having the serenity and peace of Laureles.
